Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Senior Home Lending Advisor position invites a motivated professional to guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years of mortgage lending, knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience using direct mail, media ads, cross-sell efforts, relocation programs, statement programs, Chase.com, newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories, and reports within formal and dotted-line structures.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
