JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the loan life cycle. You will guide customers on home lending products while collaborating with the team to deliver an exceptional experience.

You will leverage knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, market insights, and a consultative approach to meet financial goals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team on products and services.
• Meet with customers and refer to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborate on marketing and cross-sell to enhance customer experience.
• Promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Act as internal/external mortgage expert and maintain client relationships.
• Provide consultative financial recommendations based on customer needs.
