JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage process, serving as the main contact from application to close. You will work with a team that supports you with knowledge on home lending products and regulatory requirements, ensuring a compliant and outstanding customer experience.

You will leverage deep knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, real estate markets, and sales skills to grow mortgage originations and build trusted relationships with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces them to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories and supports reporting relationships.
• Builds relationships and acts as the internal and external mortgage expert.
• Exhibits consultative skills to recommend based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
