JPMorgan Chase’s Chase Home Lending division seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage journey. You’ll coordinate with bankers to deliver comprehensive home financing solutions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.

The role emphasizes coaching others, building strong branch partnerships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through cross-sell and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
• Knowledge of local real estate market
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
