Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in mortgage lending or related field.
• Residential Mortgage experience required.
• 1+ year sales, credit or finance experience.
• FHA/VA & conventional loan experience preferred.
• Knowledge of consumer lending laws including RESPA and privacy.
• Ability to explain financial calculations and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers about their financial situation and lending needs.
• Collect and analyze income, assets, debts, and credit history.
• Assess qualification for lending solutions and make recommendations.
• Promote Citi’s lending services to clients and referral sources.
• Work with real estate agents and partners to drive mortgage business.
• Coordinate with Operations, Processors, and Underwriters for smooth closings.
• Maintain compliant practices and manage risk in decisions.
