Job summary

Always Compassionate Health seeks highly experienced Home Infusion Registered Nurses to provide chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biologics, and other advanced infusion therapies in patients\' homes across Suffolk County, NY.

Ideal candidates hold an NY RN license with 3–4 years of recent chemo/immunotherapy experience and an active ONCC/ONS certificate. Strong venous access and central-line skills are essential for safe, coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New York State RN license and registration.
• Minimum of 3–4 years of recent chemotherapy and immunotherapy administration experience.
• Current ONCC/ONS certification in Chemotherapy Immunotherapy or equivalent ONCC credential.
• Recent infusion experience in home care, oncology, infusion center, hospital, or clinic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments in the patient\'s home.
• Interpret physicians\' orders and treatment plans.
• Prepare and administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biologics, and prescribed therapies.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Recognize and respond to infusion reactions and clinical changes.
• Perform peripheral IV insertion and phlebotomy.
• Access and manage PICCs, midlines, central venous catheters, and ports.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, meds, side effects, safety, and when to contact the team.
• Complete accurate electronic documentation.
• Perform follow-up visits and ongoing assessments.
