Job summary

Always Compassionate Health is seeking highly experienced Home Infusion Registered Nurses to provide chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biologic, and other advanced infusion therapies in patients' homes throughout Brooklyn, New York.

The role requires 3–4 years of recent infusion experience, a current New York State RN license, ONCC certification, and strong IV access and central-line skills. You will partner with patients, families, pharmacies, and physicians to ensure safe, coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Active NY RN license and registration.
• 3–4 years of recent chemotherapy/immunotherapy experience.
• Current ONCC/ONS chemotherapy-immunotherapy credential.
• Recent infusion experience in home care, oncology, infusion center, hospital, clinic, or similar setting.
• Competent in chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biologics, and complex infusion therapies.
• Strong venous-access and central-line skills.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments in the patient's home.
• Prepare and administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biologics, and prescribed infusions.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment; respond to adverse reactions.
• Perform IV insertion and PICC/port access; manage central venous lines.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment, medications, side effects, and safety.
• Maintain electronic clinical documentation and coordinate with the infusion team.
