Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking an experienced Home Infusion RN to provide chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other therapies in patients' homes across Suffolk County, NY.

The ideal candidate holds an active NY RN license with 3–4 years of hands-on chemo/immunotherapy experience, ONCC certificate, strong venous-access skills, and reliable transportation for field visits. BLS current; ACLS preferred; familiarity with electronic documentation is required.

Formación

• Active New York State RN license and registration.
• 3–4 years of recent chemotherapy and immunotherapy experience.
• Current ONCC certificate or equivalent certification.
• Infusion experience in home care, oncology, or hospital settings.
• Strong venous-access and central-line skills.
• Current BLS; ACLS preferred.
• Reliable transportation for home visits.
• Ability to assess patients and respond to adverse reactions.
• Experience with electronic clinical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments in the patient’s home.
• Prepare and administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and biologics.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Manage PICCs, midlines, central venous catheters, and ports.
• Perform line care and dressing changes; educate patients/caregivers.
• Communicate with families, pharmacies, and clinicians; document accurately.
• Complete follow-up visits and ongoing assessments as ordered.
