Job summary

Always Compassionate Health seeks highly experienced Home Infusion Registered Nurses to deliver chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biologics and other infusion therapies in patients' homes across Suffolk County, NY. RNs must have 3–4 years of hands‑on chemo/immunotherapy experience and current ONCC/ONS certification.

Responsibilities include in‑home assessments, IV access, line management, education for patients and families, and accurate electronic documentation.

Qualifications

• Active NY RN license and registration required.
• 3–4 years of recent chemotherapy and immunotherapy experience.
• ONCC/ONS chemotherapy immunotherapy certification required.
• Experience with home care or infusion settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments in patients' homes.
• Prepare and administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy and biologics.
• Monitor patients during and after treatment and manage adverse reactions.
• Perform peripheral IV, port access, and line care; document electronically.
