Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the home infusion pharmacy team, ensuring safe and efficient patient care, budgeting and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with nursing, delivery and reimbursement teams to optimize operations and service quality.

Ideal candidates have a PharmD, active license, 5–7 years in infusion settings and 3+ years of people management, with strong budgeting and inventory oversight capabilities.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree and license required.
• Experience in infusion/home-care pharmacy advantageous.
• Leadership and team mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine suitability of patients for home care and supervise pharmacy staff.
• Direct activities of the pharmacy department and schedule staff.
• Develop and mentor staff through onboarding, training and performance management.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, budgeting and equipment management for the department.
• Support sales and account education about available services.
