Job summary

Apploi is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee home care staff and services in North Carolina. The role requires an active NC RN license and at least one year of home care supervisory experience, with strict adherence to CBaH policies.

The supervisor will conduct regular client home visits, ensure plan-of-care accuracy, and verify caregiver competencies to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license in North Carolina, active and current.
• One year of experience as a home care RN supervisor.
• Complies with CBaH policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervises home care services and staff per NC Nurse Practice Act and policy.
• Conducts supervisory visits to clients’ homes every 90 days, and periodically for non-hands-on services.
• Ensures plans of care reflect required ADL assistance and client status.
• Maintains caregiver competency and documents changes in client condition.
