Grace Federal Solutions in Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to assess and reassess clients, supervise In-Home Aides, and ensure compliance with nursing and agency policies. The role involves developing and updating care plans with clients and coordinating care with the broader team.

The RN will visit clients every 90 days for supervision, perform admissions assessments, and ensure accurate documentation within the client service record.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Registered Nurse license with the NC Board of Nursing.
• Must have a criminal background check and maintain current CPR certification.
• Ability to work independently, make sound judgments based on assessments and data available.
• Flexible, innovative, and possess good interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform initial admission assessment and develop a care plan with the client; integrate into service record.
• Supervise In-Home Aides during all care hours and validate competencies by demonstration.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency policies; no disciplinary actions in the last year.
• Document according to agency procedures and maintain orderly client records.
• Coordinate with care team and communicate client status and needs.
