Job summary

CareBuilders At Home, Inc. is seeking an Agency RN Supervisor to oversee home care staff and ensure compliant care in North Carolina. The role includes directing nursing teams, performing assessments, and ensuring the plan of care aligns with the NC Nurse Practice Act.

Requirements include completion of an accredited RN program, an active NC RN license, and at least one year of home care RN supervision experience, plus screenings (background, OIG/SAM/NSO) and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse program of study.
• Active NC RN license in good standing.
• Experience as a home care RN supervisor (minimum 1 year).
• Background screening as required by state law.
• OIG, SAM, OFAC and NSO screening.
• Current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises agency staff and home care services.
• Ensures plan of care compliance with NC Nurse Practice Act.
• Verifies core competencies of in-home aides performing personal care skills.
• Conducts assessment visits to develop and update the plan of care.
• Available for supervision and consultation while caregiving staff is on duty.
