UnitedHealth Group in Nashville is hiring an RN Director of Operations to lead one or more home health care centers. You will oversee organizational performance, regulatory compliance, and clinical quality while guiding financial stewardship and staff development.

This role partners with clinical managers to deliver compassionate care, drive growth, and ensure superior patient outcomes in a dynamic home health and hospice setting.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree in business or related in a clinical field.
• 2+ years of home care experience and at least one year of supervisory experience or 2+ years of leadership/management in healthcare, home health or hospice.

Aufgaben

• Makes employment decisions for direct report staff (hire, fire, promote).
• Oversees overall organization and financial management of the care center.
• Supervises clinical managers to ensure delivery of quality care.
• Maintains the care center's image in the community and with state/national organizations.
• Guides marketing activities and care center marketing plans to meet growth goals.
• Ensures orientation of every team member assigned to their care center.
