UnitedHealth Group is seeking an RN Director of Operations in Griffin, GA, to lead one or more home health care centers. The role oversees organization, financial management, and operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care across interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include staff hiring decisions, supervision of clinical managers, and driving growth through performance improvement and community engagement. RN licensure preferred.

Formación

• Associate's degree in business or related clinical field required.
• 2+ years of home care experience with supervisory responsibilities or 2 years leadership/management in healthcare.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and current RN license; home health experience.
