The role emphasizes strategic oversight, staff development, and performance improvement while maintaining strong community relations and ensuring patient-centered care across the centers.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or related clinical field.
• 2+ years in home care or 1+ years supervisory/leadership in healthcare.
• Driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Hire/fire/advancement decisions for direct report staff.
• Oversee overall organization and financial management of the care center.
• Supervise the clinical manager(s) delivering quality care to patients.
• Maintain the image of the care center in the community and with state/national bodies.
• Provide input on marketing activities and growth-focused plans.
• Ensure orientation for every team member assigned to their care center.
• Direct staff with appropriate skills to perform duties.
• Lead staff education programs and administrative meetings.
• Encourage continuous education and set attainable goals for the center.
• Implement a performance improvement program to drive quality care and outcomes.
• Deliver care for all patients with supervision and support.
• Other duties as assigned.
