Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an experienced RN Director of Operations to lead one or more home health care centers, overseeing finances, regulatory compliance, quality patient care, and staff development. The role supervises clinical leadership and supports interdisciplinary care delivery across the center to meet growth goals.

Primary responsibilities include Hires and promotes staff, guides marketing efforts, ensures orientation, and drives performance improvement programs to enhance patient

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with Home Health experience.
• 2+ years of home care experience and 1+ year of supervisory experience; or 2+ years of leadership/management experience in healthcare, home health, or hospice.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related clinical field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manages overall organization, financial management, and operational leadership of one or more home health care centers.
• Provides supervision to clinical managers to ensure delivery of quality care to patients.
• Sets goals and participates in marketing plans to drive growth and community presence.
• Ensures orientation and assigns staff with appropriate skills; plans staff education and meetings.
• Implements performance improvement programs to drive quality care and patient outcomes.
