Qualifications

• Must hold current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably in home health or hospice.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate, educate, supervise and develop a cohesive team.
• Experience with quality improvement monitoring and reporting tools and methods.
• Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Fiscal management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• EMR proficiency; Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must have a valid state driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develops and organizes operations for the Branch and ensures efficient daily functions.
• Oversees patient care delivery by supervising Clinical Managers.
• Partners with Area Director of Operations to set revenue and budget goals.
• Supports clinical leadership to enhance performance and care quality.
• Maintains efficient, safe office operations compliant with local laws and company policy.
• Leads quality improvement meetings and monitors patient satisfaction data.
• Collaborates with Area Director or AVP for program direction and protocol implementation.
• Works with Sales Directors to meet admission goals and supports marketing efforts.
