Job summary

CenterWell Home Health in Indianapolis, IN seeks an RN Branch Director to lead day-to-day branch operations, ensuring quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective budget management while supporting business development and growth.

You will supervise clinical staff, coordinate with area leadership, and drive continuous quality improvement, with on-site work Monday to Friday and periodic on-call travel.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in healthcare operations management, including Home Health or Hospice.
• OASIS experience required; CMS PDGM familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops, plans, and organizes branch operations to deliver safe, compliant patient care.
• Supervises Clinical Manager(s) and supports clinical leadership to improve performance.
• Collaborates with Area Director/AVP to set revenue and budget goals for the branch.
• Leads quality improvement initiatives and tracks patient satisfaction data.
• Coordinates with Sales Directors and Account Managers to achieve admission goals.
