CenterWell Home Health in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking a Branch Director to oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, drive patient care quality, and lead clinical and administrative teams to meet performance goals.

The ideal candidate is an RN with an undergraduate degree, has 2+ years of supervisory or administrative experience in home health, and is proficient with EMR systems such as Homecare Homebase (HCHB).

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• Experience in health service administration.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch day-to-day onsite operations and ensure a safe, compliant work environment.
• Monitor financial, clinical and operational indicators and manage to budget.
• Collaborate with Market Executive of Operations to develop branch plans and budgets.
• Partner with Sales and Clinical leadership to meet growth and care quality goals.
• Hire, train, and manage Clinical Managers and staff; promote high-quality care.
