The role requires RN licensure, healthcare leadership experience, and proficiency with EMR systems. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders to achieve KPIs and maintain compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years healthcare operations management experience.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Experience with quality improvement monitoring and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of governmental regulations and accreditation standards.
• Fiscal management experience.

Aufgaben

• Develops and organizes operations for the Branch.
• Supervises care delivery through Clinical Manager(s).
• Works with Area Director to set revenue and budget goals.
• Provides supervision to Clinical Managers to improve performance.
• Maintains efficient, safe, and compliant office operations.
• Leads quarterly quality improvement meetings and reviews patient satisfaction data.
• Coordinates with Area Director/AVP for programs and protocols.
• Partners with Sales Directors to meet admission goals and support marketing initiatives.
