Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years healthcare operations management experience.
• Leadership experience with staff development.
• Experience with quality improvement monitoring and reporting.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, especially Homecare Homebase.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and quality care.
• Supervise Clinical Manager(s) and clinical staff.
• Collaborate with Area Director to set revenue and budget goals.
• Lead quality improvement activities and review patient satisfaction data.
• Support sales and marketing to achieve admission targets.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local licensure requirements.
