Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years healthcare operations management experience in Home Health or Hospice.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate, educate, supervise, and build a cohesive team.
• Experience with quality improvement monitoring and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory/compliance and accreditation standards.
• Fiscal management experience and budget familiarity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• EMR proficiency; Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develops, plans, implements, analyzes and organizes operations for the Branch.
• Deliver care to all patients by supervising Clinical Managers.
• Establish branch revenue and budget goals with Area AVP guidance.
• Provide supervision to Clinical Managers to improve performance and care quality.
• Maintain efficient office operations and comply with applicable laws and safety regulations.
• Conduct quality improvement quarterly meetings and review patient satisfaction data.
• Communicate with Area Director or AVP for direction and program implementation.
• Partner with Sales Directors and Account Managers to meet admission goals; participate in marketing initiatives.
