CenterWell Home Health in Harrison, AR is seeking an experienced Branch Director (RN) to lead daily branch operations on-site. You will drive clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and staff development while partnering with sales and clinical leadership to grow patient care services.

The role requires a valid Arkansas RN license, 2+ years in supervisory health care, and strong budget/quality improvement experience. Expect travel up to 10% and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in Arkansas.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/administrative experience in home health care or related health program.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations in Harrison, ensuring a safe, compliant, and productive environment.
• Monitor financial, clinical, and operational KPIs; manage budget and collaboration with Finance/Operations.
• Develop and implement branch plans and budgets with Market Executive of Operations.
• Partner with Sales to drive growth and meet admission/budget goals.
• Collaborate with Clinical leadership to optimize patient outcomes and care quality.
• Ensure compliance with clinical quality standards and conduct ongoing quality improvement.
