Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts and cross-sell opportunities.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds reputation as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good customer relationships.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
