Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain schedules for clients and caregivers.
• Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and client needs.
• Create and maintain accurate caregiver schedules.
• Communicate with caregivers, clients, and office staff.
• Manage schedule changes, call-outs, and last-minute coverage needs.
• Assist with finding coverage for open shifts.
• Ensure client services are staffed appropriately.
• Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling records.
• Work closely with office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Build positive relationships with caregivers and clients.
• Help solve scheduling challenges in a fast-paced environment.
