• Experience in home care, healthcare scheduling, staffing, or customer service is preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and maintain schedules for clients and caregivers.

• Create and maintain accurate caregiver schedules.
• Communicate with caregivers, clients, and office staff.
• Manage schedule changes, call-outs, and last-minute coverage needs.
• Assist with finding coverage for open shifts.

• Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling records.

Location: Pittsfield, MA

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

YOUR DAY AS A HOME CARE SCHEDULER

As a Full-Time Home Care Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining schedules for clients and caregivers.

Your day may include:

• Matching caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and client needs
• Creating and maintaining accurate caregiver schedules
• Communicating with caregivers, clients, and office staff
• Managing schedule changes, call-outs, and last-minute coverage needs
• Assisting with finding coverage for open shifts
• Ensuring client services are staffed appropriately
• Maintaining accurate documentation and scheduling records
• Working closely with office staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Building positive relationships with caregivers and clients
