Join Addus HomeCare in Kalispell, MT as a Service Coordinator, overseeing scheduling of in‑home care workers, client updates, and care plan adherence across the Flathead region. You’ll supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, and ensure high‑quality, compliant service in a fast‑paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in-home care or industry experience, strong organization, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or care coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to follow HIPAA regulations and protect client information.

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages caregiver schedules and adjusts due to client needs.
• Coordinates coverage to ensure care plans are followed and uninterrupted.
• Contacts care providers and clients for service updates.
• Conducts monthly wellness calls and home visits as required.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to regulations.
