• Serve as primary contact for clients and families regarding scheduling and care plans.
• Maintain caregiver records, credentials, and compliance documentation.
• Verify clock-in/clock-out data and assist with billing documentation as needed.
• Ensure adherence to NYS DOH regulations and HIPAA; prepare scheduling reports.
