Job summary

AmeriBest Home Care, LLC is hiring a Branch Manager to lead the Harrisburg branch, ensuring safe, efficient client services and compliance with quality standards and state/federal regulations. Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, you will oversee branch operations, staff recruitment, and program development.

You will drive client census growth, supervise staff, monitor EVV usage, and coordinate payroll while maintaining exceptional service quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in non-skilled home health care administration or operations.
• Experience with in-home care services.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Possess the ability to organize, administer, and evaluate ongoing services in a multi-phased operation.
• Strong working knowledge of program rules, procedures, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Organize and administer all services and office operations within the service areas.
• Oversee recruitment, screening, selection, and training for all field and administrative staff.
• Supervise and direct services and staff.
• Execute strategies to grow client census and caregiver roster.
• Lead branch to manage EVV data entries and 100% EVV utilization and compliance by caregivers.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance client and caregiver satisfaction.
• Coordinate payroll, timesheets, and payroll entry forms.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date for client and employee files.
• Must be available to be on-call.
