Job summary

Senior Helpers is seeking a driven Branch Manager to lead the growth and day-to-day operations of our local home care business. You will build a high-performing team, maintain excellent client service, and develop referral relationships to drive revenue and billable hours.

This is not a passive management position; you will own outcomes, identify problems early, train staff, and actively grow the business while maintaining regulatory compliance and high-quality care for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant professional experience considered.
• 3+ years of operations/management or related service business experience.
• Experience leading teams and driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations and staff.
• Develop growth strategies and referral partnerships.
• Ensure high-quality client experience and retention.
• Oversee caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling.
• Monitor weekly KPIs and implement improvement actions.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company procedures.
