Job summary

Green Key Resources seeks an experienced home care leader to manage branch operations, grow census, and develop referral networks. The role is hands-on, overseeing day-to-day administration and a large field workforce, while ensuring compliance and service delivery quality.

The ideal candidate has home care/home health experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to drive marketing initiatives and community partnerships. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; PA-regulated experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the branch
• Lead, coach, hire, and develop office staff
• Drive census growth and execute marketing initiatives
• Develop and maintain strong referral source relationships
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the community
• Oversee operational performance, budgeting, payroll, billing, and service delivery
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and accreditation standards
• Partner with clients, families, employees, and referral sources to resolve operational issues
• Maintain strong clinical and service delivery standards
