Montgomery Village Foundation, Inc. seeks an experienced Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for MVF-affiliated HOAs in Montgomery Village, MD.

Responsibilities include budgeting, contract management, board support, and liaison with residents; duties cover bid specs, vendor oversight, and ensuring regulatory compliance while leading a team and reporting monthly to the boards. This role requires strong leadership, public relations skills, and the ability to attend evening meetings.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, Management, or Marketing.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in property management or real estate.
• Must possess valid driver's license and have own transportation.
• Willingness to attain CMCA within twelve months of employment.

Mansioni

• Prepares and manages day-to-day operations for MVF communities.
• Participates in budget development and financial oversight.
• Administers approved budgets and supervises financial records.
• Assists Boards of Directors with meetings and policy guidance.
• Oversees bid specifications and contractor negotiations; ensures insurance coverage.
