Job summary

Assembly HOA is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Community Association Manager to oversee multiple homeowner associations in San Francisco. The candidate will drive operational excellence and provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications include 1+ years of HOA management experience and preferred CMCA certification. The role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and PTO. This position requires on-site work at the Glendale office, with regular presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of direct HOA management experience.
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with California HOA regulations (Davis-Stirling) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple HOA communities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in Assembly’s digital platform.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with community board members and residents.
