Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines High Net Worth Account Manager to conduct annual reviews of clients’ insurance programs, monitor risk profiles, negotiate with carriers, and provide risk management solutions. The role emphasizes strong client stewardship and ongoing relationship management.

The position requires 3–5 years of personal lines experience, a P&C license, and excellent communication and organizational skills, with on-site collaboration to support team efforts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of personal lines insurance experience required.
• P&C license is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication.
• Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage own book of business and maintain client relationships.
• Review client exposures and current insurance programs.
• Evaluate carrier fit for coverage and cost effectiveness.
• Collaborate with producers on plans and coverages.
• Provide daily service and timely responses to client questions.
• Keep clients informed about changes in the insurance landscape.
• Monitor carrier activities and ensure timely policy issuance.
• Complete account reviews.
• Share opportunities for process improvements with producers.
• Ensure umbrella policies are updated for comprehensive coverage.
• Identify exclusions or changes for clients.
