Job summary

Acrisure is hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager for High-Net Worth to oversee client relationships and risk management. You will conduct annual reviews, stay current on lifestyle changes, and negotiate with carriers on behalf of clients to optimize coverage and cost.

You will provide proactive service and stewardship of risk management solutions for high-net-worth portfolios. The role requires 3–5 years in insurance for HNW clients, a Property & Casualty license, and proficiency with APPLIED

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior insurance industry experience with High Net Worth clientele is required
• Associate’s Degree or higher is desired, or equitable experience
• Property & Casualty license required
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Proficient computer skills with agency management software systems, APPLIED EPIC

Responsibilities

• Manage own book of business by developing and expanding client relationships
• Review exposures and current insurance program for assigned clients
• Determine best carrier fit for coverage and cost
• Collaborate with producers on plans of action for new accounts
• Provide daily service and respond to client questions promptly
• Keep clients updated on changes in the insurance landscape
• Monitor carrier activities to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Complete account reviews and optimize customer experience
• Ensure umbrella policies and coverages are up to date
