Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines High Net Worth Placement Specialist to manage new business and renewal processes, including exposure analysis, quote specs, and coverage proposals. You will collaborate with Client Advisors, Account Service Teams, and carriers to ensure high-quality service and timely submissions.

The role requires a Property & Casualty license, 3–5 years in personal lines marketing, and proficiency with MS Office and insurance systems.

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant insurance marketing experience with personal lines high net worth placements.
Experience with marketing accounts to carriers.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and markets.

Responsibilities

Maintain timeline and process during new business and renewal processes, including exposure analysis, quote specs, coverage negotiation, and proposals.
Communicate effectively with Client Advisors, Account Service Team, and markets.
Review policies and contracts and recommend improvements.
Prepare property and casualty submissions including Acord apps, loss summaries, exposure schedules, etc.
Analyze prospect client exposure and loss data; develop finance models when needed.
Maintain relationships with insurance companies and wholesalers.
Handle confidential information.
Rate policies in carrier systems to aid quoting and proposals.
Attend seminars and training to improve expertise.
Perform coverage gap analysis and deliver tailored recommendations.
Work independently or in teams on projects.
