Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines High Net Worth Placement Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing and executing key components of the new business and renewal processes for insurance accounts.

This includes overseeing timelines, conducting exposure analyses, preparing quote specifications, negotiating coverage terms, and presenting comprehensive proposals to clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant insurance marketing experience with personal lines high net worth placements.
• Experience marketing accounts to carriers.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and markets.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Progress toward or attainment of CRM, CISR, CIC, AAI, ARM, or CPCU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Timeline & Process Management for new business and renewals, including exposure analysis and proposals.
• Communicate effectively within the team and with markets.
• Review policies and make recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare submissions for new business prospects and renewals, including coverage specifications and applications.
• Analyze prospect client exposure data and assist with loss modeling when needed.
• Maintain relationships with insurance companies and wholesalers.
• Handle confidential information in a professional manner.
• Use carrier systems and rating tools to support quoting and proposals.
• Maintain licensing compliance and continuing education.
• Participate in professional development and product knowledge activities.
• Perform coverage gap analysis and deliver tailored risk recommendations.
• Contribute to special and ongoing projects independently or in a team.
• Engage Risk Resources for complex client needs when appropriate.
