Job summary

Bamboo Health is seeking a Sr. Technical Project Lead to oversee HL7 integrations across EHRs, hospitals, HIEs, and data partners, expanding nationwide connectivity.

You will be the primary technical liaison with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful implementations, ensure data quality, and manage risks while collaborating with Engineering, Growth, Account Management, Implementation, Product, and Support in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing healthcare projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of HL7 standards and integration patterns.
• Experience with integration engines and data quality analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations of HL7 product offerings for healthcare entities.
• Analyze message structure, data quality, and troubleshoot issues across partners.
• Coordinate with Engineering and external partners through production launches.
• Maintain HL7 mappings and configuration changes for reliable connectivity.
• Identify risks and opportunities for scalable, sustainable solutions.
