Job summary

Bamboo Health is seeking an experienced Market Development Director to accelerate enterprise health system growth across the country. You will engage top executives, shape value-based care discussions, and lead complex sales through contracting.

This remote-first role emphasizes strategic account planning, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven forecasting to drive measurable ROI. You will work with Marketing, Product, and Implementation to ensure client success, mentor others on

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software to Health Systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Deep understanding of value-based care, care coordination, or population health models.
• Experience with Salesforce and a structured sales methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead insight-driven conversations educating healthcare leaders on value-based care and efficiency.
• Translate Bamboo Health’s capabilities into solutions aligned to clinical, financial, and strategic priorities.
• Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from engagement through contracting.
• Exceed revenue targets through new enterprise sales in the Health System segment.
• Build and maintain a dynamic pipeline from discovery through close.
• Engage senior executives including CIOs, CMOs, and population health leaders.
• Lead commercial negotiations aligned to buyers’ budgeting and governance processes.
• Deliver timely, data-driven forecasts with precision and accuracy.
• Use Salesforce to manage pipeline health, deal stages, and activity discipline.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Implementation.
