Job summary

Bamboo Health, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to bridge clinical, operational, and technical workstreams across provider and payor organizations.

You will own end-to-end delivery from scoping to go-live and post-launch stabilization while guiding customers on workflow design to accelerate implementation timelines. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in healthcare project management, proven success in complex implementations, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of healthcare project management experience.
• Experience leading complex implementations or partnerships with provider orgs, payors, or health IT vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation lifecycle for provider or payor partners.
• Serve as primary contact for external partners including health systems and payors.
• Design workflows, staffing models, referral pathways, and escalation processes.
• Collaborate with data integration and IT teams for connectivity with EHRs and analytics tools.
• Lead training and adoption planning to ensure smooth go-live transitions.
• Maintain project plans, risks, issues logs, and status reports.
• Tailor communication across audiences from PMs to executives.
• Mentor less experienced PMs and contribute to playbooks and templates.
