Job summary

Beyond Blue Corporation is seeking a Senior Integration Analyst to design, build, and support complex data integrations, ensuring secure, accurate, and timely information flow while aligning with ITIL practices. This remote Kentucky role partners with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and SLAs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in integration or related fields, plus HL7-related certifications within specified timeframes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in integration or IT.
• HL7 Control Specialist Certification within 1 year of hire and Epic Bridges within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with SDLC and ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Designs and configures integrations using HL7, FHIR, X12/EDI, APIs, and interface engines, including mappings, transforms, and routing.
• Develops and executes unit, system, integration, and volume tests with clear scenarios, acceptance criteria, and traceability.
• Provides Tier 2/3 operational support, performs root-cause analysis, and implements permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Plans and executes patches, upgrades, go-lives, and scheduled downtimes in coordination with technical and business teams.
• Implements monitoring and alerting, analyzes trends, and recommends improvements to reliability and performance.
