Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a HITL Engineer to lead development and operational testing of our Connected Warfare software-enabled systems. You will architect, build, test, and train Army Soldiers on HITL tools while coordinating with cross-functional teams to execute complex test campaigns.

The role emphasizes hands-on scripting, test automation, and data-driven improvements, with frequent collaboration across program management and engineering groups.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience testing C2 software/hardware in lab and field.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated tests.
Experience with various datalink networks and RF data.
Proficiency with Linux and scripting.

Responsibilities

Lead automated testing campaigns for Connected Warfare systems.
Plan and execute automated testing strategies and frameworks.
Coordinate with program management and engineering leads on schedules.
Architect and train end users on HITL capabilities.
Collect data and perform initial analysis of test results.
Automate issue investigation and process improvements.
Analyze results, track trends, and recommend enhancements.
Coordinate test environments and external testing activities.
