Job summary

Anduril Industries in Reston, VA is seeking an experienced test and verification engineer to design, execute, and lead comprehensive test activities for integrated hardware and software systems. You will work across hardware and software teams, perform HITL testing, and drive verification coverage from concept through production.

The role requires 6+ years of testing experience, strong networking knowledge, and an active U.S. Secret (or higher) clearance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of testing and verification experience in product design and development.
• Experience developing and executing comprehensive test plans and procedures for integrated hardware/software systems.
• Hands-on HITL testing to verify and validate system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute detailed test cases, plans, and procedures based on system requirements.
• Collaborate across hardware and software teams to test products from concept to production.
• Execute HITL and end-to-end evaluation with performance monitoring and data analysis.
• Assess test coverage and maintain traceability from requirement to verification evidence.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and test networking devices and system architectures.
• Define and manage integrated test strategy and schedule across programs; drive risk to resolution.
• Communicate test status, results, and technical risk to engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Establish scalable test standards and tooling; mentor junior engineers in test design.
