Qualifications

• Advanced HIM functions including imaging (prep, scan, index, quality review).
• Analyze records for completeness and manage deficiencies per regs.
• Investigate and resolve data integrity issues and maintain MPIndex accuracy.
• Process and reconcile rejected orders; support provider completion workflows.
• Support ROI requests in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Adhere to HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
