Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HIPAA/privacy rules and health information management processes.
• Experience with EMR systems and basic MS Office productivity tools.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced HIM functions including document imaging and chart analysis.
• Resolve data integrity issues to ensure Master Patient Index accuracy.
• Manage record completion processes and reconcile rejected orders.
• Support release of information (ROI) requests and maintain productivity.
