Job summary
French & Parrello Associates in Camden and Wall, NJ, seeks a Project Manager to lead the Highway & Traffic practice, directing design and construction support for roadway, bridge, and related transportation upgrades. You will oversee schedules, budgets, staffing, and client communications while mentoring staff engineers.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of related work experience.
- NJ Professional Engineer license is required.
- Proficient with AutoCAD Civil3D and MicroStation design software.
- Experience in roadway, traffic, and/or bridge improvement projects (NJDOT or PennDOT a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop design documents for transportation projects using AutoCAD Civil3D or MicroStation.
- Provide construction support services as needed.
- Complete assignments independently with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with staff within the transportation group and across disciplines on larger projects.
- Delegate tasks to staff engineers and oversee their work.
- Monitor project schedule, budget, and staffing needs.
- Engage with clients and maintain active communications.
- Assist on proposals and business development as needed.
