Larson Design Group is seeking a Senior Highway Project Manager to lead large, complex transportation design projects for PennDOT, Turnppike Commission, and municipalities. The role focuses on delivering successful projects, client satisfaction, and financial performance while mentoring teams and driving growth.

You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and foster client relationships across transportation clients nationwide.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of ten years of transportation engineering experience with complex projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

• Leads large, complex highway design projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client satisfaction.
• Directs multidisciplinary project teams; sets priorities and allocates resources to ensure delivery.
• Manages project financials including budgets, forecasting, scope changes, invoicing, and profitability.
• Maintains strong client relationships and serves as a trusted point of contact during project delivery.
• Establishes and maintains project quality expectations with coordinated, timely deliverables.
• Leads and mentors project staff; develops future project managers.
• Supports business development through client engagement and proposals.
• Identifies risks and collaborates with clients and teams to develop practical solutions.
