• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant transportation engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Leads multiple large and complex highway design projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Directs project priorities, resources, and delivery while meeting schedule and budget.
• Manages financial performance, invoicing, and profitability.
• Maintains strong client relationships and serves as principal contact.
• Establishes quality expectations and timely deliverables.
• Mentors staff and develops project managers for growth.
• Supports business development through client engagement and proposals.
• Identifies risks early and develops practical mitigation with clients.
