• Balance workload and resources across the program.
• Establish clear expectations for quality, accountability, and delivery.
• Monitor financial performance, backlog, risks, and staffing needs.
• Mentor and develop project managers and staff.
• Lead business development and growth in transportation services.
• Support department leadership in annual goals and long-term initiatives.
